We loved staying in this hotel! The rooms were nice styled and immaculate with very comfy beds.

Our room was non-smoking and inviting with a regular tub.

I loved this upgraded hotel and its ideal location. Stocked and nice styled rooms, the views where incredible. Meals in a rooftop restaurant were good. Hospitable stuff and good service. The place was reasonably priced.

The hotel was well-kept and fairly clean, beautifully designed rooms. I didn't want to leave and will be back.

The stay at this cozy hotel was a such wonderful one. We loved our silent rooms, plus the staff was extremely helpful! The outdoor restaurant was nice and offered fine meals. When it was fine outside we relaxed by its amazing pool. Perfect location in the tourist area.

Impressive hotel with healthy food and brilliant location just next door to restaurants and shops and the UNC Charlotte campus. Staff was willing to help and overall they are understanding people.

bed was comfortable, breakfast food was good. as picky eaters we liked to be close to a wide range of restaurants, went to los arcos couple of times, it was 5 mins walk away.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Los Arcos, set within 5 minutes' walk, was the best for dining.
